How It Works

From First Lead to Paid Invoice.

Six clean steps. One platform. Capture the lead, quote the work, schedule the crew, complete the job, send the invoice, and report on what mattered. No spreadsheets stitching it together.

Step 01 · Capture

Every Lead Lands in the Same Place.

Calls, web forms, and referrals all flow into a single customer record with a complete timeline. Nothing falls between an inbox and a phone.

  • Web form, phone, and email captured to the same record
  • Source attribution so you know what marketing actually works
  • Owner and reminder so leads do not go cold

Common Questions

What Teams Ask Before Switching.

Do we have to use the whole platform?

No. Start with one part. Most teams begin with estimates or scheduling and grow into invoicing and reports. The pieces fit, but the platform does not require you to use all of them on day one.

How long does onboarding take?

A small crew can be sending estimates the same week. Full onboarding with a price book, customer import, and crew training is typically two to four weeks. We do not charge for setup time.

Can crews use it in the field?

Yes. The same login works on phones and tablets. Crews update job status, capture photos, and log material usage on the device they already carry.

What happens to our existing data?

Customer lists, price books, and historical jobs import from CSV or your previous system. We do this with you, not at you, so the migration matches how your team actually works.

Is there a free trial or demo?

We start every engagement with a working call instead of a sales call. You walk us through your operation, and we show you the platform against your real workflow. Send us a note and we will set it up.

Ready When You Are

See It Against Your Real Work.

Bring a real estimate, a real schedule, and a real invoice. We will show you how the platform handles them in your colors, with your numbers.
