Margin Baked in. Not Bolted On.
Materials, labor, and tax come from a price book you control. Update a cost once and every estimate that uses it stays correct. Margins stop being a guess and start being a number you can defend.
- Cost, markup, and tax per item
- Crew-based labor rates with overtime rules
- Bulk update when supplier prices change
- Per-customer pricing for repeat accounts
- Hot lists for top items per service

Sales & Bidding, Answered.
Can we have different price books for different customers?
Yes. Customer level price overrides apply automatically when you build an estimate for them. The default price book stays the source of truth, and overrides keep your repeat accounts honest.
Do estimates support deposits and progress billing?
Yes. Take a deposit at acceptance, then bill progress milestones as the job moves. Each milestone tracks back to the original estimate so the math stays clean.
Can the customer change quantities or pick options?
Yes. Mark line items as optional or quantity adjustable. The customer toggles or adjusts on their accept page and the totals update live.
Do you support commercial bids and RFPs?
Yes. Custom and commercial templates handle line-item RFPs, prevailing wage labor, and bond-required projects. Bids attach the schedule, scope, and exclusion documents to the jacket.
What about taxes across regions?
Tax rates apply by zip and by category. You set the rules once and the platform handles the math on every estimate.
