Terms of Service

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This is the agreement between you and Workflow Prodigy when you use our website or our operations platform. We have written it in plain language. If a court ever needs to read it, the plain language is also the legal language.

1. Your account

You need an account to use the platform. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of your team. Keep your credentials safe and turn on two factor when you can.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, send spam, attack other systems, or do anything that endangers people or data. We can suspend access if you do, and we will tell you why.

3. Fees and payment

If your plan has fees, we tell you what they are before you sign up. We bill on the cycle you chose. If a payment fails, we email you and pause access until it clears. Refunds are handled case by case. We do not run hidden charges.

4. Your data

Your data is yours. We host it for you, we keep it secure, and you can export or delete it anytime. We will not sell it. We will not mine it for advertising. We will not use it to train models that get sold to others. The full data handling rules live in our privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

We own our software, our brand, and our content. You own the data you put into the platform. Background tools and frameworks we built remain ours, with a license to you that lets you keep using them while your subscription is active.

6. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that the service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Software has bugs. Networks have outages. We do our best, but we cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Beyond what is required by law, the service is provided "as is."

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms in any 12 month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us. We can terminate for cause if you breach these terms in a way that is not cured within a reasonable window. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period after which we delete it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Workflow Prodigy is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will update the date at the top and tell account owners by email if the change is material. If you keep using the service after the effective date you accept the new terms. If you do not, you can cancel.

11. Contact
