How does SMS billing work?

SMS rides on Twilio. We pass through messaging costs at-cost and bill them with your subscription. Most customers see a few dollars a month at typical volumes.

Are inbound replies captured?

Yes. Email replies thread back to the original message on the customer record. Inbound SMS lands on the same record so the office and the field see the same conversation.

Do you support DocuSign or only the built-in signature?
