Commercial accounts support multiple contacts, sites, and billing addresses. Each site can have its own service history and pricing.

How do we import existing customers?

CSV import handles customers, contacts, and addresses. We help match the columns the first time so the import lands clean.

Can we pay referral bonuses through the platform?

The platform tracks who referred which job and whether the referrer earned a bonus on close. Bonus payouts are tracked as commission-style line items and roll into the same payroll-ready export as sales commissions.
