Materials in the Right Place at the Right Time.

Multi-location inventory tied to estimates, jobs, and purchase orders. The pullsheet pulls from real stock. The PO opens with the right vendor and the right pricing. The shop knows what is coming, when, and on whose dime.

Multi-Location Inventory

Stock Where the Trucks Are.

Track inventory across the main yard, satellite shops, and even truck-level stock. The pullsheet for a job in the south territory pulls from the south yard, not the warehouse 90 minutes away.

  • Locations for yards, shops, and trucks
  • Real-time on-hand counts per location
  • Reorder points and low-stock alerts
  • Cycle counts with variance tracking
  • Move orders between locations with audit trail

Purchase Orders & Vendors

Buy Without Retyping.

The pullsheet says you are short on a primary item. One click opens a PO with the preferred vendor at your contract pricing. Approval rolls through the office. Receiving updates inventory the second materials hit the dock.

  • One-click PO generation from a low-stock pullsheet
  • Vendor catalogs with contract pricing
  • Approval workflow with role-based limits
  • Receiving captures partial deliveries and back-orders
  • 3-way match: PO, packing slip, vendor invoice

Demand Forecast

Order Ahead of the Schedule.

The schedule already knows what jobs are coming. The forecast rolls those jobs into a buy plan so the yard is stocked when the crew shows up. No more “we’re out of stock” on a Tuesday morning.

  • Forecast pulls from scheduled jobs and pullsheets
  • Lead time per vendor and per item
  • Suggested PO quantities by location

Common Questions

Inventory, Answered.

Do you support truck-level stock?

Yes. Trucks are inventory locations. Crews can transfer from yard to truck on a phone and the platform tracks it the same way as a yard-to-yard move.

Can vendors get their own portal?

Vendors can receive POs by email and respond with confirmations or back-order notices. A scoped vendor portal is on the roadmap for teams that need it.

How do reorder points work?

Set a reorder point per location per item. The forecast and the alerts surface low-stock the day before it bites. You can suppress noise by setting points only on items that matter.

Does inventory sync to QuickBooks?

POs, receiving, and bills sync to QuickBooks Online so accounts payable matches what was actually received. Inventory valuation lives in Workflow Prodigy.
